DTF & Sublimation Transfers

DTF (Direct To Film) printing is a unique printing technology that involves printing designs onto special films for transfer onto garments. DTF printing is a heat transfer process that has the ability to last as long as traditional silkscreen prints. They can be applied to any fabric or color shirt giving it great versatility to offer to your customers.

PREPRESS FOR 5 SEC TO REMOVE MOISTURE
TEMPERATURE: 280 SECONDS
TIME: 15 SECONDS
PRESSURE: FIRM
PEEL: HOT
PRESS AGAIN FOR 5 SEC WITH PARCHEMENT, TEFLON, OR COPY PAPER OVER DESIGN.
SUBLIMATION TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS
TIME: 60 SECONDS
TEMPERATURE: 400ºF
PRESSURE: MEDIUM
PEEL: HOT/IMMEDIATELY

Color Disclaimer. Actual colors may vary due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone sees colors differently. Sublimation does not print white so any graphics with white showing will be a light grey/light silver. DTF prints all colors and can go on any fabric.
DTF Transfers ship within 1-3 days after order received excluding weekends and holidays. Sublimation Transfers are typically 1-2 days. CURRENT DTF TIMES ARE ALWAYS MAINTANED UNDER PRODUCT DETAILS ON THE CUSTOM DTF TAB ON WEBSITE.
If other products are ordered along with DTF and only one shipping paid then all items will be held till everything is ready to ship. If you have an urgent need please do separate orders with shipping and then ready to ship orders will ship out and 2nd shipping will be used for any products that were not ready at time of first shipping.
Select size as to the greatest point of the image. Images are printed at the size ordered by whichever is greater whether it is height or width. Ex: if you have a long and narrow design and ordered a 12'' print then the height is the greatest so that will be printed at 12'' in height with the width being proportional. TNT does not print by width alone. We print by greatest dimension, so the image is proportional. Look at the image and determine which side is greater (north/south or east/west i.e. height vs width) whichever size is greater is where the size ordered will be printed.
