Refund policy
Returns
Only defective items are available for returns if notification is made within 48 hours of purchase and order is returned within 7 days from date of sale. Returned orders received past the 7th day from time of sale are not eligible for a refund. Please inspect your order thoroughly prior to the 48 hour deadline.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Customized items are not available for return
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products or any type of transfers
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they aren't defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tntblanksteam@gmail.com and mail your item to: 5321 FM 1187, Burleson TX 76028, United States.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we will receive your returned item.
Sezzle
All orders over $50.00 can qualify for Sezzle, a buy now pay later alternative.
Unclaimed Items
Items or Orders not picked up within 60 days from date of purchase will be either disposed of or returned to stock with no availability of a refund or exchange. Attempts to contact the customer to remind them of order pickup will be made however, if unable to contact customer due to lack of contact info or non response will result in disposure of item ordered or restocked with no refund availability.
