RUSH FEE: Add a rush fee to have your order shipped in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) as long as all your files are print ready! Files not print ready are not subject to the rush fee turnaround time until file is corrected by customer. Once file is print ready then the rush fee time starts.
DTF (Direct to film) printing is a unique printing technology that involves printing designs onto special films for transfer onto garments utilizing special inks. DTF's can go on any type of fabric and prints any color. Heat press is required.
DTF TRANSFER HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS:
- PREPRESS FOR 5 SEC TO REMOVE MOISTURE
- TEMPERATURE: 315 SECONDS
- TIME: 15 SECONDS
- PRESSURE: FIRM
- PEEL: HOT
- PRESS AGAIN FOR 5 SEC WITH PARCHEMENT, TEFLON, OR COPY PAPER OVER DESIGN.
SUBLIMATION HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS:
- TIME: 60 SECONDS
- TEMPERATURE: 400ºF
- PRESSURE: MEDIUM
- PEEL: HOT/IMMEDIATELY
TURN AROUND TIMES:
- DTF Transfers ship within 1-3 days after order received excluding weekends and holidays. Sublimation Transfers are typically 1-2 days
- Custom DTF's ship 1-5 days after order received excluding weekends and holidays. This field is updated if shipping times are changed so please check back often for up to date turn around times.
- If other products are ordered along with DTF and only one shipping paid then all items will be held till everything is ready to ship. If you have an urgent need please do separate orders with shipping and then ready to ship orders will ship out and 2nd shipping will be used for any products that were not ready at time of first shipping.
- Custom DTF images can be uploaded by clicking on the Browse button.
- Images must be print ready: All files must be cropped close to the image with a transparent background and uploaded in 300dpi resolution with a quality image. Your file will be printed exactly as it is received. Printing DOES NOT change the quality of image. Accepted file formats are PNG (PREFERRED METHOD), SVG AND PDF. I DO NOT accept Jpg/JPEG format. Images sent in that file must be resubmitted in the PNG format, cropped, transparent, & 300dpi. Select size as to the greatest point of the image. Images are printed at the size ordered by whichever is greater whether it is height or width. Ex: if you have a long and narrow design and ordered a 12'' print then the height is the greatest so that will be printed at 12'' in height with the width being proportional.
- Rush Fee: Add this to your cart if you want to be moved to the top of the line. Rush orders ship within 24-48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
- Gang Sheets: Mix and match different designs and/or sizes (basically whatever you can fit on the desired gang sheet size is a go). Typically 22x36 will hold 6 11x11 designs. Artboard uploaded must be image cropped, transparent background, 300dpi resolution. If not then order the gang sheet setup required.
- Bulk Order Deals: Offered in 25, 50, or 100 transfers. Transfers can be mix and match and any size counts. For counts higher than 100 please contact me for consideration of a wholesale account with special pricing. TAT is typically 1-5 days excluding weekends and holidays.
- If you need a color change or background to be made transparent, or cropped then select the color change, cropped, or transparent change fee.
Color Disclaimer. Actual colors may vary due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone sees colors differently. Transfers are non refundable and all sales are final.
