DTF & Sublimation Transfers

DTF (Direct To Film) printing is a unique printing technology that involves printing designs onto special films for transfer onto garments. DTF printing is a heat transfer process that has the ability to last as long as traditional silkscreen prints. They can be applied to any fabric or color shirt giving it great versatility to offer to your customers.

DTF TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS
PREPRESS FOR 5 SEC TO REMOVE MOISTURE
TEMPERATURE: 315 SECONDS
TIME: 15 SECONDS
PRESSURE: FIRM
PEEL: HOT
PRESS AGAIN FOR 5 SEC WITH PARCHEMENT, TEFLON, OR COPY PAPER OVER DESIGN.
SUBLIMATION TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS
TIME: 60 SECONDS
TEMPERATURE: 400ºF
PRESSURE: MEDIUM
PEEL: HOT/IMMEDIATELY

Color Disclaimer. Actual colors may vary due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone sees colors differently. Sublimation does not print white so any graphics with white showing will be a light grey/light silver. DTF prints all colors and can go on any fabric.
All DTF's are $5.00 and printed in adult 11" sizes. Feel free to make comments in the note section on cart page (or msg me) if you need a different size or need a infant/toddler/youth size. I can do any size image/transfer up to 24". All remaining sizes listed below are sublimation transfer sizes. DTF is always shown as the last option under the sizing.
