Puff Vinyl expands under the heat press and turns your garments from a flat look to a “puffed” up dimensional look great for shirts, jackets, hats, and more! Puff htv works very similar to regular adhesive vinyl. This type of vinyl is available in a wide range of colors, finishes, and textures, allowing you to create a custom look that perfectly suits your needs. It is also durable and long-lasting, making it an excellent choice for use on a variety of fabrics, including cotton, uncoated polyester, and blends excluding Nylon.
A heat press is required for this application. ***We do not recommend using any household irons or Cricut Easy Press because the transfer needs accurate temperature and even pressure***
Please note that the black puff vinyl will turn dark gray after puffing and Patterned Puff will slightly fade from the original image.
Shirts not included. They are just for mockup purposes only. Item is for 1 Puff HTV transfer only.
TURN AROUND TIMES & SHIPPING:

👉 If puff transfers are combined with other items in an order then unless 2 shipping's are paid all items will pend until all products are ready to ship. Different items have different TAT times so please make sure you understand turn around times for each product.
Once shipped, please allow the carrier 2-5 business days for delivery. If local pickup then please wait till you receive email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
PUFF HEAT PRESS INSTRUCTIONS:
Temperature: 285°F~315°F - Please make sure to test the temperature first due to the heat sensitivity of the material.
Pressure: Medium
Time: 8-15 Seconds (Times vary due to different brands of heat press).
Some heat presses may be calibrated differently. We strongly recommend performing a test press first.
Application: Remove the protective film and place the puff transfer on a flat surface. Follow the below steps for masking transfer.
Masking Process
Step 2: Position mask over weeded design in the middle. Create a U shape and slowly drop carrier over the image. Use a squeegee to eliminate air bubbles.
Step 3: Remove design from carrier by pulling at a 90 degree angle.
Step 4: Place masked design back on liner until ready to heat apply or if ready to press then place on the shirt and heat press.
- Be aware that 2mm or smaller space will disappear when the puff is activated.
- Do not layer on top of Puff HTV
****Note if image carrier just has the word Puff at the bottom then those images have been masked for you. If image says puff and carrier those images need a mask to transfer the image prior to heat pressing****
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Wait 24 hours before first washing. Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent. Do not bleach or dry clean. Dry on normal dryer settings preferably inside out. No liquid fabric softner as it can cause vinyl to be released from garment.
